Ready to Join Amigas? 

Just three easy steps:

1. Review the GVR Amigas Code of Conduct. Your completed application assumes you agree to comply with this code.

2. Sign a GVR Amigas Waiver (a GVR requirement to participate in our Interest Groups). 
   
   Waiver of Liability Instructions
   
   
3. Print out the waiver, sign and follow the instructions for mailing or drop-off at Amigas events.
   

NOTE: In filling out your Amigas application, your GVR number is a required field. If it is not currently at hand, we encourage you to update your member profile to include your GVR number within a month.

• To join by mail, print and fill out the GVR Amigas Application. Send it, with your signed waiver and your annual dues, to:

EXCEPTION: If you join Amigas between November 1st and December 31st of the current year, you will be charged dues in the amount of $5 for the remainder of the current year and $15 for the following calendar year for a total of $20.00.
