Ready to Join Amigas? 

Just three easy steps:

 1)     Review the GVR Amigas Code of Conduct,  amigas code of conduct 101.pdf. Your completed application

        assumes you agree to comply with this code.

 2)    Sign a GVR Amigas Waiver (a GVR requirement to participate in our Interest Groups). See 

        Waiver of Liabil and Instruct 7-25.pdf

 3)    Print out the waiver, sign and follow the instructions for mailing or drop-off at Amigas events.  

In filling out your Amigas application, your GVR number is a required field. If it is not currently at hand, we encourage you to update your member profile to include your GVR number within a month.

To join by mail, print and fill out the application found at  GVR AMIGAS APPLICATION 10.24.pdf . Send it, with your signed waiver and your annual dues, to:

GVR Amigas Club, PO Box 1512, Green Valley AZ 85622. 

EXCEPTION;  If you join Amigas between November 1st and December 31st of the current year, you will be charged dues in the amount of $20 covering $5 for the remainder of the current year and $15 for the following calendar year.
